Refund and Returns Policy

At Pheonixite, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if you are not satisfied with an eligible product, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

This policy applies to all orders delivered within India.

1. Return Window You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • In new, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • In its original packaging, complete with all original tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Free from any signs of customer-induced damage or alteration.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Pheonixite will cover all return shipping costs or provide a free prepaid shipping label once the claim is verified.

  • Non-Defective / Personal Reason Returns: The customer is responsible for paying the direct cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Restocking Fees Pheonixite does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

5. How to Initiate a Return To start a return request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via email at office@pheonixite.com or phone at +91 471 2080879 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order Number, product name, reason for return, and clear photo/video evidence (required for damaged or defective items).

  3. Once approved, our team will send you full shipping instructions. Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via UPI or Direct Bank Transfer.
